This enables BellaDati to maintain its name and existing management policies while gaining the extensive business experience and support of Hagiwara Techno Solutions Co., Ltd., particularly in the manufacturing sector.
Founded in the Czech Republic in 2006, BellaDati has been a leader in the field of digital transformation (DX) centered around IoT, providing innovative solutions to customers across Europe and Asia. In 2022, BellaDati entered into a strategic partnership with Hagiwara Techno Solutions Co., Ltd., which has extensive expertise and a proven track record in measurement and FA solutions for the manufacturing industry, driving our growth in the Japanese market. By joining the group, BellaDati will enhance our support for IoT utilization in manufacturing and the realization of smart factories, thereby contributing to the promotion of DX across the industry. BellaDati will continue to operate independently, preserving our management policies and corporate culture while expanding our business.
