Ltd. (“WPBC”) has signed a basic agreement with Game Changer (SGP) Pte. Ltd. (“Game Changer”) to collaborate globally on Web3 games development.

Outline of basic agreement

Game Changer’s upcoming Web3 game platform uses Game Changer Token ($GC) (“GC Token”) as a utility token, where users can utilize GC Tokens to obtain NFTs to play the Web3 games on the platform. Users will be able to earn GC Tokens through gameplay, enabling both a Play-and-Earn and Free-to-Play gaming experience. Game Changer intends to list the GC Tokens overseas in the near future.
